We do not charge withdrawal fees ourselves. Your bank or e-wallet provider may deduct transfer fees. If your withdrawal is delayed beyond our typical window, contact our support team via in-app chat or email.

Bonuses and promotions on nagahitam

We offer promotional bonuses and deposit matches from time to time. Any bonus terms are displayed clearly in our promotions section before you claim. Bonuses may have playthrough requirements or restrictions on which games you can use them on. We enforce all bonus terms consistently.

We reserve the right to investigate any account for fraud, money laundering, or terms violations. During investigation, we may freeze your balance temporarily. If our investigation finds no violation, we will unfreeze your balance. If it finds a violation, we may forfeit your balance and close your account.
